Our prices include:

• Rental of accommodation from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.

• Private shuttle service with driver, in the morning between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (only during the ski season). Water/electricity/heating/internet charges.

• End-of-stay cleaning package (you can request additional cleaning during the stay in addition to the price)

• Sheets and towels for a maximum number of 14 people. 1 sheet, 1 duvet cover per bed, 1 pillowcase (2 for double beds). 1 bath towel per person. 2 dish towels.

• PLEASE NOTE: For tenants booking through the Airbnb platform, sheets and towels are not included in the rental. You will have to pay a flat rate of €200 upon arrival for the maximum number of beds in the accommodation.

Our prices do not include:

• The tourist tax applied in our town (€1.76 per night and per person over 18 years old for 2024). This amount may be corrected if the tax changes between your reservation and your arrival. The balance will be due upon your arrival.

• Félix: A deposit of €1,500 (returned a maximum of one month after your departure, less any damage).

• Félicie: A deposit of €2,000 (returned a maximum of one month after your departure, less any damage).

Booking conditions:

• To validate your reservation, a copy of the rental contract must be returned, signed and accompanied by a 30% deposit by check or transfer

• A copy of the identity card or passport showing an up-to-date address. If applicable, proof of address (electricity receipt or insurance certificate)

• The balance, taxes and cleaning are to be paid one month before the arrival date

• The deposit will be paid on site upon your arrival by check or cash
