Unlike many rentals, this apartment is above all a family place. So, you will find a really well-equipped kitchen, slippers at the entrance, bookcases, a toy box for the little ones and comfortable sofas essential for enjoying the majestic view of the Roignais mountain just in front of you which peaks at 3000m.

Be well received

During the winter season, we have many personalized services (optional to order) that will make your stay even more pleasant.

• Full fridge: Our concierge service offers to fill your fridge with your shopping list on the day of your arrival.

• Takeaway: We have several caterers who will offer you typical Savoy dishes in the evening, but also much more elaborate, tasty dishes.

• Living library: You will find shelves with books in several rooms. If you start one of them and haven't finished it at the end of your stay, you can keep it as long as you leave a book you liked in its place.

• Childcare: If you wish to look after your children, our team will find you a babysitter who will look after your children at the chalet.

• Private driver: During the ski season, if you wish to reach the chairlifts quickly (very practical for children's ski lessons in the morning), we provide you with a private driver free of charge. In the morning, between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., he will pick you up in front of your chalet and drop you off in front of the chairlift departure point or ski lessons. You can also book the driver if you wish to be accompanied to the station or leave the chalet at another time of the day (additional charge).

Don't miss anything

All living rooms are equipped with heated oak floors with a thermostat per room. Shoes are therefore prohibited in the accommodation. You have slippers at your disposal upon entering the skiroom

Bedrooms

All rooms are equipped with very comfortable bedding and light, warm duvets. They are bright and have dressers and hanging space for your clothes. They all have USB wall sockets to charge your mobiles/tablets. The furniture was custom made from old wood. The two downstairs bedrooms have offices for teleworking if necessary, isolated from the rest of the chalet. All beds are 80x200 allowing you to make single or double bed arrangements at your convenience.

Livingroom

A very bright living room-kitchen area of ​​55 m². A cathedral living room culminating at over 5m opening onto a 30 m² terrace. A wood stove. The living room area is equipped with two sofas, ottomans, a coffee table, in front of an LED TV home cinema, a small bridge table and a decorative piece of furniture showcasing our ancestor's skis. Pretty oak parquet throughout the ground floor

Terrace

Panoramic terrace of 30 m² with a magnificent view, day and night, of the Tarentaise valley above Bourg-Saint-Maurice. The sunset is a magical moment not to be missed under any circumstances. In summer and winter alike, you can relax in the armchairs or have lunch admiring the calm and beauty of nature around you.

Ski room

The entrance to the apartment is through a Ski room. It allows you to keep your skis and dry your belongings safely at home. Skis/surfs/poles/shoes are left in reserved spaces. . Gloves/hats/helmets are placed on a shelf above a wardrobe with a heated partition to facilitate drying of clothes. So you can come home dry, put on soft slippers and enjoy the heated oak flooring.

• Underfloor heating with individual thermostat in each room.

• Non-smoking apartment. Please smoke outside.

• The apartment is decorated with fragile materials, please take care of them

• Due to allergies, our animal friends are not allowed in the apartment.

• Parties are prohibited in the accommodation, please respect the calm of the premises at all times.

Access everything, easily

Entry into the apartment is directly from the outside. Parking is free for “Félicie” customers.

2 private parking spaces are reserved at the foot of the chalet.

Other places, reserved for Courbaton, are at your disposal at the entrance to the village 100m away. You can leave your vehicle there and no longer use it for the duration of your stay.

Garden and area for children:

The chalet is in the center of the village of Courbaton, private property. All around the chalet, children can make snowmen or go sledding.

To reach the slopes

We are on the edge of the slopes and 800m from the ARC 1600 station (ski school, daycare, shops, etc.). You can go directly on skis on two slopes (blue or red) to reach the funicular in ten minutes which will drop you in a few minutes in the heart of the resort. The return by ski is via a blue slope which will take you back, in the woods, to the foot of the chalet. We also have a private shuttle with driver (included in the rental), which is reserved for you. She will pick you up in front of the chalet and drop you off in the center of the resort in a few minutes every morning from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. If there is no snow making access to Courbaton impossible, our driver will always be there to take you to the slopes.
